Purpose of Nefira
Nefira helps you follow your journey away from smoking through local records, support activities and general information. The app’s publisher and the individual legal party to these terms is Şamil Kılıçarslan USLU. KutApps is the developer’s product brand, not a separate legal entity. These terms describe use of the app and should be read with the Health Information and Privacy Policy.
Health and calculation limits
Nefira is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace a health professional. Health timelines provide general information, not a guarantee of individual results. Savings and cigarette counts are estimates based on your inputs. In an emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical care rather than relying on the app.
Use and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for managing access to your device. Do not base health decisions solely on the app’s counters or illustrations. Stop a support activity if it does not feel suitable for you. Do not interact with the app while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
License, intellectual property and prohibited use
Rights in the Nefira name, app code, design and original artwork belong to the developer or the respective rights holders unless stated otherwise. Do not use the app unlawfully, distribute it without authorization, misuse security controls or infringe others’ rights. Rights required by law remain protected. For a license obtained through the App Store, Apple’s applicable Standard EULA governs the license; this document is not a custom EULA replacing it.
Local data and deletion
Records are kept in the app’s area on this device. The developer cannot recover them remotely. In-app deletion removes your local records after confirmation and cannot be undone. Device loss, backup choices or fully deleting the app may affect your records. Management of iOS backups and privacy boundaries are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The app may be updated and functions may change for compatibility, security or legal reasons. Uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device is not guaranteed. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in an updated document, with additional notice when required by law. This version has no payments, in-app purchases or active subscriptions; any future paid service will have separate, clearly disclosed terms.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for consequences of inaccurate user inputs or use outside the app’s intended purpose; liability for indirect loss is subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. The Health Information does not replace professional health assessment.
Applicable law and contact
The KutApps publisher is based in Türkiye. These supplementary terms follow Turkish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live or rights under agreements with Apple.
