Your Nefira version, iOS version and steps to reproduce the problem help us respond. App records are not sent automatically. Do not send passwords, payment information or unnecessary health/crisis details. Remove personal information before sharing a screenshot.
Local data and privacy
Nefira v0.12.0 has no account or backend. Personal app records stay on your device; the developer cannot access or remotely restore them. Open Profile → Legal & Privacy to read the privacy policy or delete local data with explicit confirmation. This does not change iOS backups. Contact information and messages you voluntarily send for support are processed only for as long as needed to respond and retain legally required records. You can use the same address to request access, correction or deletion under applicable law.
Health and payment limits
This support channel does not provide medical advice or emergency assistance. For an urgent or serious health problem, contact appropriate emergency medical care. StoreKit, purchases and paid subscriptions are not active in v0.12.0.
